How it works

From curious to a booked survey, without a sales call.

  1. 01

    Tell Riley where you live

Type your address. Riley pulls up the property and shows it to you so you both know it's the right place.

  2. 02

    Share your electric bill

Kilowatt-hours from a bill are best; an average monthly amount works. Your system is sized from what you actually use.

  3. 03

    See your numbers

System size, cost, payback and 25-year savings, in the conversation. A preliminary estimate, clearly labelled.

  4. 04

    Book a free site survey

A licensed RME specialist checks your roof and panel, then turns the estimate into an engineered design and a firm price.

Why RME

Built by the people who answer for it.

Electrical and solar under one license
RME holds both the C-10 electrical and C-46 solar classifications under CSLB #1077450. The crew that designs your system is the crew that wires it.
Straight numbers
Estimates are labelled estimates. Home quotes carry no federal tax credit, because that credit ended in 2025.
Power through outages
Battery storage keeps the essentials running when the utility shuts off.
Paperwork handled
Permits, inspections and the utility's permission to operate are on us.
Own it or finance it
Your specialist walks through both at the survey. Riley never asks for a Social Security or card number.
Here after the install
Monitoring, maintenance, and a ten-year workmanship warranty in writing, from a local Sacramento company.

Questions

Asked before you ask.

Something else? Riley answers in seconds, or call (916) 625-6438.

How fast can I get a solar quote from RME?

About a minute. Riley asks for your address and your average electric bill and returns a preliminary estimate of system size, cost, payback and savings. A free site survey turns it into an engineered design and a firm price.

Is the online quote my final price?

No. It is a preliminary estimate from the usage you state and Northern California production data. The firm price follows the site survey. Nothing is owed and nothing is locked in until you sign a final design.

Is there still a federal tax credit for home solar?

Not for a system you buy for your home. The federal residential credit ended on December 31, 2025, and our home estimates leave it out. Business systems may still qualify for a credit and depreciation; your tax adviser confirms.

Is RME Innovations a licensed solar contractor?

Yes. RME Innovations Inc. holds California license CSLB #1077450 with both the C-10 electrical and C-46 solar classifications.

Am I talking to a person or an AI?

Riley is an AI assistant. Riley gathers your details, runs the estimate and takes your preferred survey time. A human RME specialist does the survey and everything after it.

What happens at the free site survey?

A specialist looks at your roof, shade and electrical panel and confirms your usage. RME then prepares the panel layout, a production model and final pricing.

What areas does RME serve?

Sacramento and Northern California: the Bay Area to Yuba County, out to Auburn and Colfax, and down to Napa.
